Folded a separate Drupal site for every facility worldwide into one WordPress Multisite with one custom theme.
Each Hydro Inc. facility around the world ran its own Drupal site, and each one needed separate maintenance. I migrated every site and its content into a single WordPress Multisite and built a custom WordPress theme for the network. One codebase to patch instead of dozens.
